Privacy information.

This page explains how No Gaps UK CIC approaches personal information received through this website and initial enquiries.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Information we receive

If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, the name of your organisation where relevant, and information you choose to provide about the reason for your enquiry.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether the request falls within our service, arrange appropriate support and make or facilitate referrals where necessary.

Data minimisation

We aim to collect only the information necessary for the purpose at hand. We ask people not to send highly sensitive documents or detailed personal histories through an initial email unless specifically requested through an appropriate route.

Sharing information

We do not share personal information without a lawful basis. Where a referral to another organisation is appropriate, we will normally explain what information needs to be shared and why.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and in line with the organisation's internal data retention arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights under UK data protection law in relation to your personal information, including rights of access, correction and, in some cases, deletion or restriction.

Contact

For privacy enquiries, email [email protected].

Implementation note

This website privacy notice should be reviewed against No Gaps UK CIC's final internal privacy policy, data retention arrangements and ICO registration position before the organisation begins handling regular casework through the website.
